Bill.LIVE is a project of APlaceForSteve.org. It is self-funded with money that Ted Anderson set aside so that Steve can spend his remaining years making jokes with Bill, eating breakfast with Bill, and not having to decide each night whether he is a gigolo (sleeping at a different girl's house) or simply homeless. No one has settled the question. Steve has not offered clarification. Bill has stopped asking. Steve jokes a lot. Sometimes inappropriately. Bill does not appreciate being called "Steve's straight-man".
Steve is often heard saying that after Bill has bathed and dressed him in the morning, he somehow still fees "dirty"...
While Steve and Ted travel in search of additional rescue and dining locations, a person sits in a dog rescue (human rescue?) in Manzanita, Oregon with two cameras and the dogs. She might answer the chat. The dogs will not. This arrangement is considered temporary by everyone except the dogs.
